The EEA Agreement includes a common goal to create a Europe of solidarity and security. Through the EEA and Norway Grants, Norway supports several projects in Cyprus and Greece that can contribute making visionary ideas of social and economical development come true.

The EEA Grants are jointly financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and have been providing funding for social and economic development projects in 15 European countries, including Greece, since 1994. Norway contributes around 95% of the total funding.
