The Metro in Athens is like a museum of art, says this article in the Norwegian newspaper VG. And it is easy to agree; Athens do have a Metro to be proud of!

You can read the article and see pictures from the Metro here. The article is in Norwegian, but we have translated it into Greek and English through Google Translate so you can get an idea what the article is about. Click here to read it in Greek and click here to read it in English.

The biggest Norwegian newspaper, Verdens Gang, has two articles on the Greek city of Thessaloniki.

  • The first article is on the many vibrant cafes to be found in Thessaloniki. The article claims that no other city in the world has as many cafes per capita as Thessaloniki.
  • The other article contains a list of things worth to do and see in Thessaloniki, among them the Triumph arch of Galerius.
